Zzana Boxing Club chairman Stephen Sembuya has come to the rescue of Lightweight Boxer Adnan Yasin (Mutajjazi Boxing Club).
Sembuya paid house rent for three months for the explosive Boxer and supported him with other goodies
“We were able to come to the rescue of Adinan one of Uganda’s prospects. We paid his house rent as well as goodies to support his young family.”
This follows a story I read in Bukedde newspaper after he was chased out of the house and all his belongings taken.”
“I call upon others to come and give a helping hand to our sportsmen and women during this Covid-19 turmoil.”
Adnan thanked Sembuya for the support
“I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Sembuya for the support, I have been living in a horrible situation but he has come to my rescue and this gesture really shows that he loves the game of Boxing and I pray that the Almighty rewards him abundantly.”
“Due to the current situation in the country, boxing activities were halted and so this affected us in the Boxing fraternity.”

Adnan excelled at the 2019 National Open Boxing Championship winning Wasswa Ssali of Lukanga Boxing club in the Lightweight category.
