Nineth placed Police FC hosts thirteenth SC Villa at StarTimes Lugogo both sides targeting maximum points as the first round of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League comes to an end.

Police: LWLWL

The last seven meetings between both sides the Cops are yet to win any, SC Villa has won two and the other five ending in stalemates.

Coach Douglas Bamweyana of SC Villa expects a good game from either sides since both sides have a good game approach,

“It will be a beautiful game to the neutrals – with two teams that approach the game the right way! We probably have a better sense of control and we hope to use that to our advantage to ensure a positive result.”

Abdallah Mubiru will have to put his trust in Juma Balinnya, Johnson Odong, Davis Mutebi and Ashraf Mugume to lead his side hunt for any positive result.

Bashir Mutanda, Charles Lwanga and Derrick Ndahiro are the key men to watch as SC Villa looks for their third win of the season on matchday fifteen as Edgar Luzige and Samuel Kivumbi are ruled out of this tie despite resuming training.

Maximum points will temporarily lift the Cops in the 5th position as they wait for other fixtures to be played while SC Villa will also move from 13th to 11th in case they manage to maximise the points.
