Sinan RAJUB SENOGA

Harambee Stars head coach Engin Firat has named his final team that will face Uganda Cranes in Thursday’s World Cup Qualifier at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

The 24-man squad travelled to Entebbe today morning ahead of their dead rubber match tomorrow.

Firat’s squad has two strikers, Michael Olunga who is the team’s captain and Japanese based striker Ismael Dunga.

The other striker Masoud Juma pulled out due to injury. Simba SC defender Joash Onyango is another notable absentee after pulling out of the squad soon after being summoned.

Tusker’s Brian Bwire is among the three goalkeepers. Others are Ian Otieno and James Saruni.

The foreign based trio of Joseph Okumu, Eric Ouma and Abud Omar has made the cut alongside David Ochieng who was recently recalled.

Despite an injury concern, Serbian based Richard Odada has also made the cut while Belgium based Wilkins Ochieng has been dropped.
