Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic has named a 33 man local based players to kick start preparations for the double header against Rwanda in the FIFA World Cup Qatar Qualifiers double header against Rwanda.
The camp started on Sunday immediately after the team returned from the Regional tour in Mbale.
The team will begin training later today at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo. Foreign based players are expected to link up with the team when the FIFA dates are opened.
Uganda will lock horns with Rwanda on 7th and 10th of October.
The named squad comprises of Vipers SC Uganda Cup winning players who are Livingstone Mulondo, Paul Willa, Bobosi Byaruhanga, Bagoole David, Yunus Sentamu, Aziz Kayondo and Paul Willa.
Express FC trio of Enock Walusimbi, Mahad Kakooza and Martin Kizza who were taking part in the Uganda cup have also been called for the national team duty.
