On Saturday, 25th May 2019 Proline and Bright Stars will lock horns in the 45th Stanbic Uganda finale at Masaka Recreational Stadium. Both sides will be contesting for their first ever Uganda Cup glory.

In a pre-match press briefing held on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 at FUFA House in Mengo, Proline head coach Shafiq Bisaso affirmed that he is optimistic ahead of the mouthwatering clash against Bright Stars.
Bisaso asserts that motivation, determination and preparations will be key for his side as they aim for a gruelling encounter against Bright Stars on Saturday
"We are motivated, determined and prepared to face Bright Stars in the final. This is first time to be here and we are looking forward to our first Uganda Cup triumph in what i can call our year".
"We want to play good football in the finals, we respect our opponents but we are very prepared to face them in the finals and I am looking forward for a great game."
Proline edged out Kyetume during a two legged semifinal duel. They also come into this contest after overcoming Wakiso Giants 1-0 in the Big League final.
