Proline fell to Maroons FC thanks to a Sydney Chika goal that subjected them to their 3rd away defeat of the season. They have only picked one point away from home this term a draw with Onduparaka, losses to Kirinya Jinja S. S, Police and now Maroons
Head coach Mujib Kasule says his team gave their all but failed to score during their 1-0 defeat by he reiterates that, they need to wake up early and sort their away form as soon as possible.
“We didn’t put the ball in the back of the net and if you don’t score you cannot win matches. I believe every body gave their all but we couldn’t get the goal so credit goes to Maroons who defended well and at the end of the day they got three points.”
On his team’s away form, Mujib says the state of the away pitches is hindering his side’s performance bit they will find a strategy,
“We have to work on our away form definitely it’s not good, we are struggling to play on the bad pitches away from home.
“We play good football at home due to the state of the pitch but we have to get acclimatised to the bad pitches away from home also or find a strategy to play on them,” he summarized.
Proline are yet to win on the road losing 3 and drawing once in their four league outings this season.
Their next fixture is at home against KCCA Fc at Startimes Stadium.
