Police FC will this afternoon (11th, January, 2020) be seeking to complete a double over Wakiso Giants this season.

Despite their inconsistency, Police managed a 2-1 win over Wakiso Giants in the reverse fixture having come from a goal down at Lugogo.
Charles Livingstone Mbabazi will be handling his first game as Wakiso Giants head coach but will also be facing off with Abdallah Mubiru, his fellow assistant coach at the National team.

While the newcomers( Wakiso Giants) are comfortably occupying the 8th position with 20 points, the cops are languishing in the red zone with only 12 points.

Defender Sadat Kyambadde will reportedly miss this game for Police FC while midfielder Shakur Makeera has reportedly opted to leave the club.

For the purple sharks, Krizestom Ntambi and Tom Masiko will remain on the sidelines due to injuries but there is a timely return of pacy winger Yasin Mugume from a long injury spell that made him miss out in the first round.

Wakiso Giants have also acquired the services of former Onduparaka FC right back Atendele Geriga and may be unleashed against the cops in this game.

A win for the Livingstone Mbabazi coached Wakiso Giants will see them remain in the same position with 23 points while one for the Abdallah Mubiru coached side will help them leave the red zone with 15 points.
