The drama was just unfolding when Ibrahim Kazindula netted his second of the day by putting BUL in the lead for the second time on 76 minutes. It was from the penalty spot after Reagan Kalyowa was fouled in the forbidden area.
Moses Aliro immediately equalised for the hosts with another beauty and completing his brace in the process at the 78th minute.
As the two teams were planning to settle for a draw, substitute Tom Masiko ensured Wakiso were going to record their 3rd victory over BUL out of the previous 5 meetings.
He calmly converted from the spot and handed the hosts an impeccable victory. Masiko had only spent 12 minutes on the pitch after coming on for Frank Sebuufu.
