Wakiso Giants complete the signing of Busoga United striker

admin

Wakiso Giants FC have completed terms to sign Sharif Kimbowa from Busoga United.

Swift Sports can reliably confirm that the striker has agreed to sign an employment contract of three years with the Purple Sharks.

Kimbowa was one of the regular performers at Busoga United who had a horrendous campaign last season.

He scored against Wakiso Giants as the two sides drew 1-1 at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru in the second round.

Kimbowa joined Busoga United at the start of the 2019/20 season from Nkumba University in the University Football League.

He has in past played for Masaka SSS and Blessed Sacrament Kimanya in NPP as well Lungujja Galaxy and Synergy FC.

He comes at a time when Wakiso Giants have lost Viane Ssekajugo to URA FC, Yasin Mugume (contract expired), Gadaffi Wahab and right back Muwadda Kateregga while Kipson Atuheire is expected to depart after his contract expired.
