Jamil Kalisa is officially Vipers’ third signing in the ongoing transfer window after signing a four-year contract.
Kalisa who had a year left on his Bright Stars contract was officially unveiled by the Venoms via the club website www.viperssc.co.ug on Tuesday,
He is a former captain of Kampala Regional League side Lungujja Galaxy where he plied his trade before joining Bright Stars in 2018.

Kalisa’s move to Vipers implies a reunion between him and his former Bright Stars coach Fred Kajoba who handed him his UPL debut two seasons ago.
In 2017, Kalisa was named the MVP of the Futsal Super League while he was playing for the eventual winners Dream Futsal Club.
The 21-year old offensive midfielder is expected to add competition in Vipers’ offensive department ahead of a busy 2020/21 season.
He joins former Express captain Disan Galiwango and Mbarara City’s crafty winger Ibrahim Orit as the already confirmed Vipers’ signings thus far.
