Vipers SC management has appointed Simon Peter Njuba as the chief Executive officer with immediate effect.
Njuba replaces Peter Lwanga who was relieved of his service earlier this year.
Njuba put pen to paper on a two year renewable employment contract with the Kitende outfit.
For starters, this is the second time Njuba is holding the position at the four time Uganda Premier League Champions, he previously served in the same capacity in 2016.
He has also been acting as the club’s CEO following the departure of Lwanga.
Njuba serves as Information and Technology teacher at St.Mary’s Kitende.
His appointment at Vipers SC comes after Express FC named Isaac Mwesigwa as CEO replacing Hamza Junju while Police FC named Fahad Lumu in the same role.
Busoga United also named Andrew Ndyabahika as their Chief Executive officer.
