URA target fourth consecutive win as they host BUL

Having played to three consecutive wins, URA FC target to be overtake Mbarara city from 3rd place as they host BUL FC at Mandela National Stadium Namboole.

The tax collectors defeated the Blacks 2-0 in their last game at Bar Okoro Stadium while their opponents completed a double against Police FC at FUFA Technical Center Njeru in a 2-1 win.


The last 7 meetings have seen URA win 3, BUL won twice and the other two ending in stalemates the reverse fixture inclusive.

URA FC is boosted by the return of midfielder Siraje Ssentamu who has been nursing an injury but this fixture comes to early for Allan Mugalu who survived an accident.

Shafik Kagimu, James Alitho, Moses Sseruyidde and Joackim Ojera are the men to watch as the tax Collectors target their fourth win in a row.

Peter Onen’s side will bank on the services of Deogracious Ojok, Hannington Ssebwalunyo, Hamisi Tibita and Patrick Sembuya will have to be at their help their side get positive results.

A win can see URA FC move to 41 points the same number of points 3rd placed Mbarara City has but change of position will depend on the number of goals scored.

Onen’s charges despite maximum points can not change position but go to 38 points like the tax collectors.
