URA host SC Villa in second round opener

SC Villa and URA FC will vie for maximum points when they face off at Ndejje in the opening match of the UPL second round.

URA recently shifted their home base to Ndejje University’s Arena of visions and will host the first UPL fixture of 2020.

The tax collectors are sixth on the table with 20 points while their opponents Villa are fourth with 27 from 15 games played.

The first round fixture ended in a 1-1 draw at Luzira with Brian Majwega and Ambrose Kirya converting from the spot for either sides.

Majwega and Ibrahim Dada Juma will however miss the contest due to illness.

Defenders Ronald Odonkonyero, Paul Patrick Mboowa and Najib Fesali are ruled out due to respective injuries.

SC Villa will miss their lead striker Bashir Mutanda due to injury.

The past 19 meetings between the two sides have seen the tax collectors winning on six occasions while Villa has won four times. The rest nine encounters have been draws.
