URA FC Vs Police match postponed

URA FC and Police encounter which was slated for Tomorrow Tuesday 13th at Mandela National Stadium has been postponed because
URA FC has 3 players part to the national U23

Shafik Kagimu, Ronald Kigongo and Paul Patrick Mbowa are currently with the Uganda Kobs that is preparing to face off with South Sudan on Wednesday 14th November at StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo.

According to the UPL Statement released today Monday 12th November reads,

“FUFA has confirmed Wednesday as the date the Uganda Kobs will be playing South Sudan in the U-23 AFCON Qualifier at StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo. According to the list of the 23 man squad that was summoned with some SUPL clubs having three players on the team.

In accordance with article 19(26) ” if a club has 3 or more players in the National team, the fixture involving such a club maybe called off 3 days before and the 3 days after the national team engagement if it is to be played in Uganda. The Secretariat has made the fixture adjustments on Tuesday 13th November.”

Meanwhile the league will resume tomorrow with three games
