Uganda Premier League side URA football club is set to unveil goalkeeper Michael Kagiri fromK United.
Kagiri has been the first choice goalkeeper for the Buganda Regional League club and was instrumental in eliminating Vipers from the Stanbic Uganda Cup last month.
He is expected to fill James Alitho’s void who is reportedly on the exit of club.
The custodian believes the opportunity has come at the right time and he is ready for a new challenge.
“I believe the opportunity has come at the right time and I am indeed very grateful I ready to show my abilities God above all.”
Kagiri is a former Lweza FC goalkeeper. He is remembered for saving Umar Kyebatala’s penalty as Kajjansi United was eliminating Vipers at Wankulukuku.
