URA Football Club has confirmed the signing of forward Viane Ssekajugo.
“URA FC can confirm the signing of former Wakiso Giants forward Viane Ssekajugo”, reads a communique from the club.
As earlier reported by this website, the former Onduparaka FC marksman has put pen to paper on a two year employment contract.
He is expected to be a big addition in URA’s offensive department having been Wakiso Giants’s leading scorer in the last two seasons.
Ssekajugo now reunites with the club’s interim coach Simeon Masaba with whom he worked previously at Onduparaka FC.
The club has also previously confirmed the signing of Kabon Living from Onduparaka, goalkeeper James Alitho, former Cubs captain Andrew Okiring, U-20 starlet Simon Baligeya, Saidi Kyeyune and left back Derrick Ndahiro.
URA FC will face Ethiopia’s Coffee FC in the first round of the CAF Confederation Cup early next month.
