Ivan Kakembo has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer at URA FC replacing Edward Kulubya.
Edward Kulubya stepped down as the Club CEO as he was going to persue a masters degree in the United Kingdom leaving the position vacant.
Ivan Kakembo takes over from Bridget Nakayenga who has been the acting CEO after the departure of Edward Kulubya.
Kakembo beat three other candidates who were vying for the post these are Ahmed Kongola former CEO at Kirinya, David Tamale former CEO at KCCA FC and Ram Hadji formerly at Express FC.
Kakembo formerly worked with SC Villa in the same position.
At the same time URA has unveiled ST Catherine Hospital as the main medical sponsor for 3 years.
