URA FC have announced the signing of right back Andrew Okiring Isiagi who has joined as a free agent.
Okiring a young brother to former URA FC forward Daniel Opolot Isiagi has put pen to paper on a three year employment contract with the tax collectors.
He has previously featured at Police FC before he switched to FUFA Big League side Proline FC.
He has also played for both the U20s and U23s Uganda National Teams.
“I am very happy to join one of the biggest clubs in the country, there is a good program here concerning young players like myself and so I didn’t require much convincing to make the decision.”
Okiring revealed via the club website.
He becomes the third player to be unveiled by the revenue collectors after Hippos defender Simon Baligeya and Left back Derrick Ndahiro
URA have already signed Onduparaka forward Kabong Living and custodian James Alitho
