Uganda pitted against Rwanda and Kenya in 2020 World Cup Qualifiers

Uganda national team The Cranes have been drawn in Group E of the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qualifers alongside neighbors Rwanda and Kenya.

Mali are the other members that make up the Group of four teams.

The draws were held on Tuesday at the CAF headquarters in 6th October city in Cairo, Egypt.

Over 40 African countries have been drawn in 10 groups of 4 to compete for five available slots for the Qatar 2022 world football showpiece.

The group winners will be re-drawn into five groups in which two teams will play against each other on home and away to determine the five representatives of the Africa zone.

Tunisia, Zambia, Mauritania, Equatorial Guinea.

GROUP C:
Nigeria, Cape Verde, Central Africa, Liberia.

Mali, Uganda , Kenya, Rwanda.

GROUP F:
Egypt, Gabon, Libya, Angola.
