The Uganda Netball Federation has suspended three Executive members from all Netball related activities.
The development was confirmed in a document from the office of the publicity secretary.
“This communication therefore serves to inform the general public that Ms.Mande Aminah who was the General Secretary and Mr. Muhumuza Richard who was the Vice President Technical have banned from participating in any Netball activity, representing Uganda Netball Federation and acting on behalf of any Netball activity of Uganda.”
“The two were banned from Netball activities on abuse of office and violation of the Constitution of the Uganda Netball
Federation.”

Mrs.Harriet Apology replaces Mande as the interim General Secretary while Mrs.Mutyaba Rosette Kaala is now the acting Vice President Technical replacing Muhumuza.
Meanwhile, Ssengabi Yahaya who was the Publicity Secretary is replaced by Ms. Nakate Olivia as the acting Publicity Secretary, pending the approval from the General Assembly. Mr. Ssengabi Yahaya remains on suspension for gross misconduct.
The development means that the suspended trio now has no locus to represent or act on behalf of Uganda Netball Federation in any Netball activity and whoever deals with them does it at their own risk.
