Travis Mutyaba, Shaban in Cranes summoned squad for International build up games

Uganda will play Gabon on 30th before facing Mauritania on 1st, January, 2022 in Abu Dhabi.

Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic has named a 21 man squad to play two buildup games against AFCON bound teams Gabon and Mauritania.

Micho has named Patrick Kaddu who is unattached to any club, Onduparaka skipper Muhamed Shaban in the squad.

Only two foreign based players have been called for the two games, these are goalkeeper Ismail Watenga (Chippa United) and midfielder Moses Waiswa (Supersport United).

SC Villa youngster Travis Mutyaba, Vipers third choice custodian Jack Komakech and KCCA FC youngster Ibrahim Juma are also part of the squad.

Uganda will play Gabon on 30th before facing Mauritania on 1st, January, 2022 in Abu Dhabi.

The summoned squad will travel to Abu Dhabi on 29th December and return on 2nd January, 2022.

Midfielders: Moses Waiswa (Super Sport United), Bobosi Byaruhanga (Vipers), Martin Kizza (Express), Mahad Yaya Kakooza (Express)
