SC Villa could sign defender William Otong and utility player Fred Agandu in this January transfer window.
The two players are training with the league record champions but Swift Sports sources reveal they are in advanced talks close to completion.
Agandu has been playing for Onduparaka in the first round but could actually be the first signing for the Jogoos.
The former BUL FC, KJT Rwenshama, Kira Young and The Saints versatile player can ably feature as a right back and a central midfielder as well.
Center back Otong has been a free agent since leaving BUL FC at the end of last season.
He is expected to boast the club’s central defence department that has Moses Kiggundu, youngster Gavin Kizito Mugweri and captain Asuman Alishe.
SC Villa are fourth on the UPL log with 27 points accumulated from the 15 games played in the opening half of the season.
The Edward Kaziba coached side will open up the second round with an away fixture against URA FC on Tuesday 7th January at the Arena of Visions in Ndejje, Bombo.
