Pius Obuya has joined 13-time league winners KCCA FC on a three year contract.
Obuya has put pen to paper on a contract that will keep him at Lugogo until 2023 unless otherwise.
The crafty offensive midfielder leaves Maroons FC as a free agent after his contract expired at the end of the 2019/20 season.
He joins new recruits at KCCA who include Ashraf Mugume “Fadiga”, Charles Lwanga “Neymar” and Italian midfielder Stefano Mazengo Loro who have already been unveiled by the club.
Uganda Cranes utility player Denis Iguma has also joined the Lugogo outfit on a two year deal.
Obuya is expected to boast KCCA’s offensive department ahead of the busy 2020/21 season that will see Mike Mutebi’s men represent Uganda in the CAF Confederation Cup.
