BUL FC have signed former URA duo of Allan Munaaba and Charles Ssempa on two year deals each.
The duo was released by the tax collectors last month with Ssempa deemed surplus to requirements while Munaaba had his contract expired.
Munaaba is expected to battle for the left back position at the Jinja outfit with Richard Matovu.
The former SC Villa and JMC Hippos left back has been the longest serving player at URA having joined the tax collectors a decade ago.
Winger Ssempa has previously featured for SC Villa and the now defunct Lweza FC among others.
He comes to boast the offensive department for the Peter Onen coached side.
The two join new signings at the club who include Sadam Masereka, Musa Esenu, Walter Ochola, Fredson Gwoto, Geoffrey Akol, Sanon Mulabi and Ronald Musana.
BUL FC will be playing their ninth season in the topflight league having gained promotion in 2011.
They finished seventh on the Premier League last season with 43 points.
