Continental and Congolese giants TP Mazembe have announced the signing of Uganda Cranes left back Joseph Ochaya on a two-year deal.
Ochaya has been heavily linked with the move to the 5-time African Champions since August after falling out with his employers Lusaka Dynamos due to non payment issues.
He now becomes the third Ugandan player to ply trade with the “Ravens” after Patrick Ochan and Mike Sulaiman Mutyaba.
Ochaya has in the past played for KCCA FC in two different spells and Asante Kotoko in the Ghanaian topflight division. He moved to the Zambian league in February 2017 after being crowned the Most Valuable player in the Uganda premier league.
Ochaya represented Uganda in the 2017 African Cup of Nations tournament in Gabon.
