Township Rollers and Ugandan midfielder Mboowa part ways

Ugandan midfielder Ivan Mboowa and Botswana top flight side Township Rollers have mutually agreed to part ways.

The anchorman who joined Township Rollers at the start of the 2019/20 season as a free agent confirmed the development,

“I have decided to my end my employment contract with Township Rollers on a mutual consent, I wholeheartedly served the club but I think could not continue with them anymore.”

The hard tackling midfielder declined to give reasons upon the termination of his employment contract,

“I am not in position to reveal the reasons behind this right now but the truth is I have left the club.”

He had just a few months left on his two year employment contract which he signed in July 2019.

He had previously featured for Nyamityobora FC, Mbarara city, BUL FC, Onduparaka FC and has always been in main stay for Mpindi clan in the Bika bya Buganda Football tourney.
