The FUFA Technical Center in Njeru will be the battleground when Busoga United and BUL FC aspire to register their first victory of the season.

Busoga United suffered a humiliating 3-0 defeat to newly promoted UPDF away in Bombo in a game where defender Douglas Muganga scored in his own net.
BUL FC failed to dispatch record champions SC Villa who had gone down to 10 men at Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe. Musa Esenu and Richard Wandyaka scored their goals.
Busoga United assistant head coach Fred Lumu has no fear for their opponents and he expects to win the derby aftwr his squad has been strengthened by the return of more players from injury and clearance.
“We respect but do not fear them and tomorrow we only need nothing but a win. Good enough the players who missed out in the opener have been cleared to play.”
“We have improved in midfield and attacking departments. You can not win a game minus creating scoring opportunities. In our last game we created few chances so we used these two days to improve on that.”
Lumu added
Dan Mubiru the assistant head coach BUL FC who currently stands in for head coach Arthur Kyesimiira currently engaged with the U-17 national duty expects maximum points in the derby after correcting the mistakes in their league opener,
“We have corrected the mistakes that denied us the maximum points in our last game and strengthen on the positives so we have prepared so well for the derby and expect maximum points in the game”
The last five meetings both sides have met Busoga United has won twice, BUL FC once and the other two ending in stalemates.
Both teams have no fresh injury concerns but Ambrose Kirya will not make his debut due to a long term injury.
