Ugandan midfielder Moses Waiswa was finally unveiled by South African side Supersport United.
The former Vipers midfielder will be part of the South African giants untill 2022 unless otherwise.
“Supersport United is pleased to announce the signing of Ugandan midfielder Moses Waiswa from Vipers FC which will see him remain at the club untill 2022.” Reads a statement released by the club.
The Uganda Cranes international signed for the South African club about eight months ago but suffered a career threatening injury while in training with the Uganda Cranes ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
For the last six months, Waiswa has been undergoing treatment and rehabilitation after a successful operation and he is now ready to go.
Supersport United was also home to Ugandan forward Brian Umony.
In South Africa, Waiswa joins his national team skipper Denis Masinde Onyango who plys his trade with Mamelodi sundowns.
