Striker Baker Buyala on a mission to break the boundaries at Kyetume

Kyetume striker Baker Buyala has expressed his desire to fight for starting place in Livingston Mbabazi team this term.

Buyala who was limited to only five appearances last season last season, managed to score 3 goals and he has ste himself a target to better that performance.


“I believe my time is now. The coach has trusted me and it is upon me not to disappoint him by playing my role which is scoring more goals for the club.”



The former Soana FC (Tooro United FC) FC striker has set a target of 10 goals and he has already managed two goals from four matches.

“It has not been a bad start for me and I am going to build on that despite the break. I am not going to relax but continue working harder so that I can achieve my goals God above all.”

“If all goes well better opportunities will come up and it will be upon me to grab the best.” Buyala added.

Kyetume Football Club have managed three draws and two wins remaining unbeaten after match day four putting them in the fifth position with nine points.

After the International break where Uganda Cranes will be taking part in the CHAN tournament, Kyetume FC will be facing Police Football Club on 12th-Febuary-2021 at Lugogo
