In the shoot out, Ssingo’s goalkeeper Arafat Otim was the difference between either sides.
Otim saved Hamza Kalibwami’s penalty and ultimately won it for Ssingo.
Ronald Sempala, Amuri Mukasa, Jibril Nsimbe, Joseph Dhata and Sula Mpanga all flawlessly converted Ssingo’s kicks.
Busiro’s Rogers Adriko, Mikidad Senyonga, Robert Sentongo Kayuuni and Ivan Sserubiri also scored theirs.
Ever since it’s inauguration in 2015, Ssingo is the only side that has won the Coronation Cup.
The Coronation Cup is played as in celebration of the Coronation of the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.
