Ssekajugo scores four as URA thrash Wakiso

Viane Ssekajugo scores four goals as URA FC shred Wakiso Giants 5-0 on Tuesday at the Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

Ssekajugo who was facing his former paymasters gave the tax collectors an early lead when he slotted past Samson Kirya in the 3rd minute of the contest.

The forward later doubled the visitors advantage four minutes to halftime breather.

Ssekajugo completed his hat trick in the 61st minute of the game with the fourth coming in the 82nd minute.

Kabong Living scored the fifth two minutes to normal time on a day the revenue collectors were on top of their game.

The Purple Sharks finished the game with 10 men after left back George Kaddu was sent off after receiving two yellow cards.

Alex Gitta’s side could have scored at least a goal but URA FC custodian Nathan Alionzi denied both Rahmat Senfuka and Kaddu on several occasions.

URA stay third on the Uganda Premier League log with 34 points and five adrift of leaders Vipers who will travel to UPDF on Friday. Wakiso Giants are 7th with 27 points in 18 games.

Wakiso will next host Onduparaka on Saturday whereas URA welcome SC Villa on the following day.
