Sseggona vows to make Villa a model club

SC Villa Presidential candidate Medard Lubega Sseggona has promised that his leadership will be able to return the club to glory days.

Sseggona revealed during his manifesto launch on Monday at Kati Kati Restaurant.

“We are going to bring back Villa to its position and to reclaim that must be united. We belong to one club, this team is not owned by anyone its is for all of us and so we want to take Villa back to the communities.”

Sseggona believes that through the principles of discipline the club will be able to lead by example

“Villa is going to lead the script for sports in the country and we are to be guided by principles of discipline.”

The Busiro East legislator says that his leadership will attract the President Yoweri Museveni to support the club despite their differences in Politics

“My leadership is all about unity, even if we differ politically we must work together. We are ready to take football to President Museveni’s seating room to enjoy with us.”

Sseggona stated.

Members of the Villa members trust will head into the polls on 28th August to elect a new leadership.

Dennis Mbidde Ssebugwaawo and Hon. Medard Lubega Sseggona are two candidates eyeing to lead Uganda’s most successful football club back to glory.
