At Bright Stars, Kato will make a reunion with his former teammate, Goalkeeper Hassan Matovu Muyomba who is their latest acquisition.

Bright Stars have already unveiled Matovu, midfielder Meddie Kyeyune who returned to the club after one season, Japanese midfielder Kazuto Kushida and former Kigezi HomeBoyz midfielder Fiat Cleophas.
