[Sserunkuma celebrates one of his goals for Express FC ]

The tricky winger has completed a remarkable return to SC Villa on a 2 year deal. Sserunkuuma was signed by Villa from Victors FC in 2009 on a record breaking transfer deal that still stands to this day (As documented).
He however failed to live up to the billing as he was earmarked by then Villa coach Sula Kato and Gen. Secretary Edward Luyimbazi Mugalu to replace Stephen Bengo who had been signed by Simba FC in Tanzania and left the Jogoos after to 3 years, he has since played for Vipers FC, Toronto FC in Canada, Simba in Tanzania and Express FC where he has had an tremendous turnaround in form. He has always been in the good books of Villa coach Wasswa Bbosa who picked him from the fringes of Vipers and he oversaw his two stints at the Wankulukuku based club.

He comes to fill the void left by departing captain Taddeo Lwanga, Denis Kamanzi and a host of other stars that have exited Villa Park.

SC Villa are also believed to have finalised terms with Express’ Musa Mukasa, Kakooza Mahad Yaya, and Ronald Kisekka from Proline FC
