Dougals Bamweyana’s men will welcome strugglers MYDA on Tuesday in a Uganda Premier League contest at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

The Purple Sharks come into this game after suffering a 3-0 defeat to Express FC in their previous match while MYDA was humbled by BUL FC 4-1.

This will be the first league meeting between the two sides. They have however, met in the Uganda Cup round 32 with Wakiso winning 5-0.

The home side is yet to register a home win this term, having drawn all the games they have so far hosted.

MYDA on the other hand are yet to win a game this campaign and have only scored in two games on the road.

“We come into this game after a defeat to Express FC, but this happens in football and we want to come out stronger in our next game.”

“I believe that we shall probably put everything right because a strong team is always marked by how it returns.” Stated Douglas Bamweyana the Wakiso tactician.

The home side is likely to miss the services of custodian Samson Kirya who fractured his finger in training. They will look up Kipson Atuheire, Ibrahim Kasule and Viane Ssekajugo for maximum points.

Ibrahim Nsimbe and Norman Ogik are expected to guide the visitors to their dream win.
