Ugandan striker Shaban Muhammad finally made his debut for Raja Casablanca in their 2-0 home win over Kawkab Marrakech in the Moroccan Botola Pro League on Sunday.
Shaban was handed a start while donning number 28 in the famous green and white Raja Casablanca jersey and featured on the right hand side of attack.
The Green eagles took a 2-minute lead through Badr Banoune penalty goal before Abdelilah Hafidi made it 2-0 at the half hour mark.
Shaban was unfortunately withdrawn for Congolese midfielder Lima Mabidi 16 minutes to normal time.
The 74 minutes played marked Shaban’s first game since crossing over from KCCA FC two months ago.
The win takes Raja Casablanca to the 8th place with 8 points garnered from 4 games played so far.
The Botola Pro League is also a home to Milton Karisa who plays for Mouloudia Club D’Oujda. MC D’Oujda is 14 placed on the table with 7 points.
