Senkatuka brace hands Villa 7th loss of the season

Nelson Senkatuka scored twice in Soltilo Bright Stars’s 2-1 victory over UPL record champions SC Villa at Njeru.

Senkatuka put the visitors in the lead from the spot after goalkeeper Martin Ssenkoto put him down in the forbidden area in the 12th minute.

One minute to halftime, the captain doubled the lead for his side through a calm finish from Emmanuel Loki’s through ball.

Goffin Oyirwoth pulled one back for SC Villa 20 minutes to the stoppage time.

This season Soltilo Bright Stars has managed a double over SC Villa having won the first round at Kavumba Recreation grounds 1-0.

The record champions remain in the 11th position with 17 points from 17 games after the defeat.
