The second edition of the Jinja Open Table Tennis has been launched today at Demelos Restaurant Kampala.
This year’s event will be held on November 9th-10th at Prince Hotel in Jinja District
According to the organising committee chairman Daniel Ssekyanzi, they except a competitive tournament that will attract over 500 participants
“We expect to have a competitive event that will attract participants from Kenyan, Rwanda, Burundi and host nation Uganda.” This time, the disabled will take part in the competition and so we call upon parents and various schools to bring young children to take part.

“Tournaments like this one give exposure to children and develop the game of Table Tennis.” Stated Ssekyanzi.
Participants will showcase their potential in the following categories, Juniors, seniors, doubles and mixed doubles. The winners will walk away with cash and other prizes during the two days event.
