Sailfish Swim Club Kampala confirm Ambrosoli International School as their new home

Sailfish Swim Club Kampala started in 2014 and have previously used Gems Cambridge International School and Royal Suites.

Sailfish Swim Club Kampala have announced Ambrosoli International School, Bugolobi as their new home.

Head coach Joseph Kabogoza thanked Ambrosoli International School for staging a standard pool that will be of great use to the swimmers at Sailfish Swim Club.

“We are privileged to use a standard 25 metre pool at Ambrosoli International School. We thank them for this wonderful facility, we have a few facilities of this magnitude in the country.”

We have just resumed our training sessions, since we have faced a Covid-19 challenge but we are now getting there.”

On Sailfish ultimate goal

“Our goal is to groom swimmers who can represent their various schools, regions and the country at large at all levels of competition.”

National Council of Sports chairman and Uganda Olympic Committee President Donald Rukare hailed Ambrosoli International School for putting in place a standard facility

“I happy to see that Ambrosoli has put in place a standard facility and I also commend the management of Sailfish.” We look forward to seeing this young swimmers representing the nation at International championships.”

The captain of Sailfish Swim Club Kampala Gabriela Ndawula expressed her delight upon the new home

“I feel great moving to a new home and personally, I am very happy.” This will also help us prepare for the national championships and I think we are now more than ready.”

Stated Ndawula.

Sailfish Swim Club Kampala started in 2014 and have previously used Gems Cambridge International School and Royal Suites as their homes.

The club has over 76 swimmers who coached by William Muloopa, Rogers Sabitti, Allan Kizza and Joseph Kabogoza.
