Ugandan striker Robert Achema late equaliser earned his side Western Stima a point at home in the 1-1 stalemate with Thika United.
Western Stima fell a goal down earlier in the 42 minute before the Ugandan hit the target with only 9 minutes to normal time to equal the score 1-1.
Achema’s goal however didn’t help his side come out of the drop zone and are second from the bottom of the table of the Sports Pesa Kenyan Premier league on 28 points.
This was Achema’s fourth goal in the league having previously scored against Bandari, Mathare and Sony Sugar. Western Stima will pay a visit to Sam Simbwa’s Sofapaka in their next fixture as they seek to survive relegation.
