“I am excited to join this wonderful club, this is a huge stride in my career. I am ambitious and focused on winning titles here at Vipers.”

Toha said after his unveiling via the club website.

” This is the right place for me to be after many years at my former club. It’s a good feeling.”

The 6ft 6in defender was an intergral figure in Onduparaka’s fairytale that saw the Arua club elevate from the regional league to the top-tier via the FUFA Big League.

Known for his enviable aerial prowess and of late a knack of set pieces expertise, Toha has scored more league goals than any other defender in the last three seasons.

His outstanding exploits and leadership skills have not only led Onduparaka to greater heights but also earned him consideration on the national team.

He boasts the Vipers’ defensive department that also has Geoffrey Wasswa, Halid Lwaliwa, Livingstone Mulondo and youngster Jacob Okao.

Toha now becomes the club’s fourth signing after Paul Willa, Tooro United’s Allan Kayiwa and returnee Siraje Sentamu acquired from URA FC.
