Majority of the games played in the Azam Uganda premier league on match day went into barren draws apart from the SC Villa vs Soana game, it was the same case at the Betway Greenlight stadium in Arua.

The home team started on a high note with tremendous attacks from Alfred Leku who was leading the striking line in the absence of talisman Muhammad Shaban although none of the attacks paid off for the caterpillars.

Gaddafi Gadinho, who captained Onduparaka on the day was another man to be denied a great chance by Proline custodian Saidi Keni who had a busy day at office in the 25th minute of the game after punching his shot wide.

Just 32 minutes past the first half of the game, Onduparaka new signing Ssebwato Nicholas to Onduparaka’s rescue when he went one on one with Isaac Owori.

Before the second stanza of the game, coach Livingston Mbabazi reacted by making a double substitution by bringing on striker Ceaser Okhuti and Gadaffi Wahab for Rashid Agau and Rajab Kakooza with the main aim of poaching the goal though all this yielded nothing in the final result.

With both teams having equal attempts in the second half , Proline also introduced Nigerian import Muduike Bismark for Isaac Owori though his substitution didn’t change the final results.
