Proline loan Lubega to Estonian top division club

Uganda Premier side Proline FC have loaned forward Edrisa Lubega “Torres” to Estonian side Paide linnameeskond on a two year deal.

Lubega rejoined Proline FC at the start of the current Uganda Premier league season from Austrian first division side SV Guntamatic Ried Football Club.

He scored three league goals during the first round of this season.

Lubega has featured at Floridsdorfer AC and SV Ried in the Austrian second tier. He was also instrumental as Ssingo won their first Masaza Cup trophy in 2015.

The pacy striker made his Cranes senior debut on 27th January in 2016 during the African Nations Championship Group stages. He was also part of the National team squad during the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Linnameeskond is a football club based in Paide, Estonia which was founded 15 years ago and has competed in the Meistriliiga, Estonian topflight division since 2009.

They host their home games at Paide Linnastaadion.
