By: Sinan Rajub Senoga

Proline came from a goal behind to edged Soana FC 3-1 at Kavumba, a result that propelled the Mujib Kasule coached men from the relegation zone.

Soana had taken an early lead in the 19th minute courtesy of an Allan Kayiwa goal before Daniel Isiagi levelled matters at the half hour mark.

At the resumption of the second half, Proline failed to steal the lead when Simon Mbaziira missed a penalty kick following a foul on his Nigerian teammate Musa Kundi.

Daniel Isiagi made up for Mbaziira’s miss when he put Proline in the lead in the 52nd minute to complete his brace on the evening.

Gift Ali then stretched the lead with a thumping header off a quality cross from Ronald Musana in the 72nd minute.
