Police visit Arua Hill in their quest to extend ascendency

Barifa Stadium in Arua will be the battle ground as reviving Police FC aim to extend their fine form when they visit Arua Hill.

This will be the second ever meeting between the two sides with the first at MTN Omondi Stadium Lugogo ending in a goalless stalemate.

With the hosts having no injury concerns, new signings Farouk Musisi, Steven Kabuye and Ibrahim Tembo are expected to be handed their debuts.

Gadaffi Gadinho, Patrick Matovu, Aggrey Atandu and Fred Okot were let go by Livingston Mbabazi’s coached side while Yusuf Ssaka was sent on loan to Big League side Kyetume FC.

Police FC also brought in some five new faces in the likes of Marvin Oshaba, John Mukisa, Frank Kalanda, Bernard Kateregga and John Kitanda.

They lost striker Brian Mayanja Mululi to Tanzanian side Mtibwa Sugar.

Arua Hill SC managed to collect 25 points from the 15 games of the first round.

They can temporarily move to the fourth position in case they manage to maximize points against the Cops.

Police FC are tenth with 16 points and victory can temporarily help them move to ninth.
