URA FC and Police FC have played to a barren at the Arena of Visions in Ndejje.
URA, who had convincingly won their previous two games, were aiming to secure the three points in order to move closer and reduce the gap on second place BUL FC.
Police FC on the other hand, wished to walk home with the three points so as to improve their poor start to the season.
The first meaningful chance of the game fell to URA’s Cromwell Rwothomio who headed inches wide off a Steven Mukwala’s perfect cross from the left.

Despite the fact that the revenue collectors dominated proceedings, the Cops were up to the task.
Despite playing without their head coach in the dug out, Police put up the required resistance to secure a priceless point. Defender Eric Ssenjobe emerged the Man of the Match.
The result means that URA FC are now on 11 points and move to the sixth position by virtue of a bigger goal difference from UPDF FC with whom they are tied on the same number of points.
Police FC remain bottom of the table with 2 points garnered from the 8 games.
They have so far managed two draws against Mbarara City and now URA FC.
Next on card for the revenue collectors will be an outing against SC Villa on Tuesday 7th December while Police FC will host Jinja based club Gaddafi FC on the same day.
