Big league side Paidha Black Angels have suspended their head coach Kheri Hussein Ali for improper conduct and neglect of his duties.
Last year’s finalists of the Uganda Cup were not satisfied with the manner in which they lost to eventual winners KCCA FC, his involvement in the release of the Club’s players to premier league clubs, his improper conduct and disrespectful behavior towards the executive members.
The executive committee that executed this ruling sat on the 13th of September 2017 at the club offices. The committee accused Mr Kheri of the following wrongs,
• The unclear circumstances under which Phaidha Black Angles lost the Super cup match to KCCA FC by a margin of 3-0 by first half owing to a questionable line up which he refused to release to the technical director on several requests.
• His treacherous role in tricking the club to lose the URA key player released to Paidha Black Angles who was later diverted to BUL under questionable circumstances.
• His role in facilitating 3 star players to leave the club to Kirinya JSS without compensation or following normal procedures.
• Disrespect and defiance to the executive members including the chairman thus demeaning the authority that hired him.
Kheri will however be entitled to half the payment of his remunerations as investigation into his case go on for the period for which he will be suspended. He is also expected to appear before the same committee to hear his defense for a fair judgement.
Paidha Black Angles were confirmed by FUFA as Uganda’s representatives in the CAF confederations cup 2017/18 season by virtue of the fact that they were the runners up in the Uganda Cup.
