Ramadan Dudu scored the all important goal as Onduparaka FC beat Soltilo Bright Stars 1-0 at Kavumba on Friday.

The win saw the Caterpillars record their first win of the current campaign after drawing 1-1 with UPDF FC in their opening game last week.

For Bright Stars, they remain winless and have suffered back to back defeats to Mbarara City and now Onduparaka FC.

Onduparaka FC handed new signing Nathan Oloro his debut as they smiled to maximum points.

Dudu fired the visitors into the lead with a powerful header off a Rashid Okocha corner kick in the first period of the game.

The spirited Caterpillars were tactically organized as they sweated for all three points at Kavumba.

Onduparaka are currently second on the table with four points and two adrift of leaders Vipers.
