Onduparaka end winless streak with timely win over SC Villa

Onduparaka FC ended their six match losing run with a 1-0 victory over SC Villa on Tuesday evening at Greenlight Stadium in Arua.

Kabon Living scored the only goal of the contest in the added time of the first period to end the Caterpillars poor run of results.

Prior to this game, the Arua outfit had lost all their previous six league games.

The Jogoos are now winless in seven league games after suffering their 7th defeat of the current term. In fact their only win in the second round of the season came at the start of April against MYDA FC in Tororo.

Onduparaka who recorded their 8th win of the season are now 10th placed with 27 points whereas Villa are 8th with 32 points in 23 games.

The Caterpillars will next face Mbarara City at Kakyeka Stadium on Saturday 15th, May 2021 while SC Villa will welcome Vipers SC at Bombo Military Grounds on the same day.
