Onduparaka ease past Ndejje University

• Onduparaka FC 3-0 Ndejje University

Onduparaka bounced back to the winning ways with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over a sorry Ndejje University side in Arua.

Goals from Denis Okot, Gadaffi Gadinho and Abel Eturude ensured the Caterpillars clinch their first win in 4 games to go 6th on the table with 14 points.

The match came hours after Asaph Mwebaze threw in the towel as the Onduparaka coach but that didn’t not deter the Arua outfit from winning convincingly.

Okot struck home his first goal in the famous green jersey from a Gadaffi Gadinho pass 19 minutes into the game.

Moments into the second period, Vianey Sekajugo and Ceaser Okhuti came close to doubling the lead only to be denied by the woodwork.

Gadaffi Gadinho made it 2-0 with an exquisite strike seven minutes off the hour mark.

Eturude put the icing on the cake with a sublime finish from a Sekajugo pass in the 76th minute.

Raymond Komakech the Ndejje University tactician missed a couple of players who are attending to University engagements including his first and second choice goalkeeper.

The result implies the new league entrants have now conceded 10 goals in their most recent 3 fixtures.

Ndejje University who sit 12th with 6 points will host Kirinya JSS in their next game early next month.

Onduparaka under the tutelage of Leo Adraa and Simeon Masaba will pay a visit to Wankulukuku to take on Express FC on 1st December.
